Property Rental

Ngamoe Lodge has a minimum rental of 2 nights except over the Christmas
and New Year period where it is 5 nights.
First morning breakfast provisions are provided.
No smoking in the house and no parties.

As a Venue

Ngamoe Lodge has large airy living spaces, with various options for up to 40 guests, for small functions, private dinners and all-day meetings. Onsite catering can deliver a specially designed menu for each specific occasion.

Online banking or Visa/Mastercard (3% is added on using credit card)
A valid credit card is required to secure & confirm all bookings

Terms and cancellations

• A deposit of overnight accommodation is required to secure your reservation.
  The remaining balance is due prior to arrival.
• Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date incurs 50% forfeit of the total booking price.
• Cancelation within 14 days of arrival date incurs 100% forfeit of the total booking price.

If we are unable to replace the cancelled booking, then these charges will apply.

Rooms

• 4 king bedrooms – one with ensuite, 2 share an ensuite, another detached from the lodge (at end of the carport) with ensuite.
• There is also a third separate guest toilet.
• Two of the king beds can be split for twin occupancy and there is a foldout for a third bed.

Bluetooth speakers connected throughout the living areas, Sky TV, wireless broadband, internet connection – no charge.

Cooking

Fully equipped kitchen with large open gas hobs, microwave, large dish drawer.

Laundry

Full laundry with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.
